Designed for executives and founders at an inflection point. Mornings are diagnostic — full bloodwork, DEXA, VO₂ max delivered in mobile lab. Afternoons are integration — Hoffman-style process work, walking meditation, structured journaling.
Most guests leave with a re-written 12-month plan and the diagnostic baseline to back it up.

DEXA, VO₂, RMR. Afternoon: 'where you actually are'.
Day 3
Vision work, partner walks, breathwork.
Day 4 — 5
Silence days, journaling intensives.

Plan articulation, repeat HRV.
