The retreat
Silence · meditation · digital detox
This is our most demanding retreat. From day two onward, the group holds noble silence. Meals are taken together in stillness. Teaching is given in the evening only, then absorbed.
By day five, the nervous system finally settles into something most modern bodies have never experienced.
Daily rhythm
Day 2 — 6
Daily rhythm: dawn meditation, walking practice, meals in silence, evening teaching.
Day 7
Silence breaks at sunrise. Closing circle, return to Dubai.
