The retreat

Five evenings of energy practice paired with mornings of clinical work. Each chakra is paired with a corresponding measurable biomarker — HRV for the heart, vagal tone for the throat, gut microbiome for the solar plexus.
You leave with a felt sense of opening — and a data print-out of what shifted.
Daily rhythm
Day 2
Root and sacral practices. Pelvic-floor therapy. Evening sound bath.
Day 3
Solar plexus and heart. Gut microbiome sample, HRV training.
Day 4
Throat, third eye, crown. Cranial-sacral therapy, mantra workshop.
Day 5
Repeat BioWell scan, integration circle, take-home practice.
